Winter Storm Warning for February 20, 2019

TOWN CENTER FAMILY MEDICINE will be CLOSED on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20th due to the Winter Storm  as predicted by the National Weather Service.

…WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 7 PM EST
WEDNESDAY…

* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of up to
one tenth of an inch expected.

* WHERE…The District of Columbia and portions of central
Maryland and central, northern and northwest Virginia.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 7 PM EST Wednesday. Snow will overspread the
area early Wednesday morning and mix with and change to sleet
and freezing rain during the late morning and early afternoon
hours Wednesday. Precipitation will change to plain rain
Wednesday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Travel could be very difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute

 

Walk-In Hours

Town Center Family Medicine is pleased to offer walk-in visits to patients who have urgent needs and have acute symptoms. These visits are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm  on a first-come, first-served basis.

Saturday Hours

Please note, starting on April 14, 2018,  our Saturday clinic will only be open during the Fall and Winter months. Our first Saturday clinic will start September 15, 2018 and end April 13, 2019 .  These appointments will be for urgent/acute care by appointment, from 8 am to 12pm during the Fall and Winter Months. Patients needing any urgent assistance are encouraged to call our on-call provider, or visit our Fair Oaks Walk-in clinic.
